On Thursday, April 9th, 2026 between 09:00 and 11:00 UTC+2, we will be making a small configuration change to all FlexEthernet services to improve service quality.

What's Changing? We are increasing the burst size of our rate limiters. This will improve the performance of your service if you are operating near your maximum purchased bandwidth.

Expected Impact Most customers won't notice any disruption. Testing indicates a sub-second outage to the service when the configuration change is applied.

Why? Lab testing has shown that increasing the burst limit will prevent premature packet loss and ensure better service quality for our customers.
