On Thursday, April 9th, 2026 between 09:00 and 11:00 UTC+2, we will be making a small configuration change to all FlexEthernet services to improve service quality.

**What's Changing?**
We are increasing the burst size of our rate limiters. This will improve the performance of your service if you are operating near your maximum purchased bandwidth.

**Expected Impact**
Most customers won't notice any disruption. Testing indicates a sub-second outage to the service when the configuration change is applied.

**Why?**
Lab testing has shown that increasing the burst limit will prevent premature packet loss and ensure better service quality for our customers.
