Together with our partner we have identified that the issue was caused by long running queries. As a result, we have optimized the data structure and deployed additional resources to the system to prevent such events in the future.

The DDoS portal is now accessible and operating normally. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue and will provide a final update once our investigation is complete.

We are still investigating the DDoS portal frontend issue together with our provider. The DDoS mitigation service is not affected. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will provide further updates as our investigation progresses.
