The current outage of SKG1-GR has been resolved for now for our Point of Presence (PoP) in SKG1-GR (Thessaloniki, Greece).

The provider managed to restore one service connecting this site.
We confirmed the path being active since 2026-09-21 09:25 UTC

Our engineering team continues to work closely with our supplier to solve the remaining path and observing the situation.

We will share the RFO and any additional findings as soon as they become available.

Based on our current findings, the service disruption started at 2026-09-21 08:47 UTC and is potentially caused by failures across multiple redundant links connecting the SKG1-GR site.

Our engineering team is working closely with our supplier to resolve the current outage. We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.
