This incident has been resolved. The root cause was identified as a disk memory issue, which has since been remediated and the system restored to full operation. The DDoS Mitigation Portal is now fully accessible, including statistics and configuration changes.

Please note that attack statistics from during the incident period may not be visible in the portal.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently investigating an issue causing our DDoS Mitigation Portal to load slowly or fail to load entirely. DDoS scrubbing functionality is not affected and continues to operate normally. However, it may not be possible to view statistics or make configuration changes during this time. We will provide further updates as our investigation progresses.
