We have identified an underlying issue with one of our routers at our Copenhagen PoP #2 (CPH2-DK), which affected traffic forwarding for services originating from or passing through this location.

We have managed to restore traffic forwarding and we can see traffic levels gradually returning to normal. 

However, our engineering team is still investigating the underlying root cause to prevent similar issues from recurring.

We are currently investigating a traffic forwarding issue affecting our Copenhagen POP #2 (CPH2-DK). Customer traffic originating, or passing through this POP may be impacted. Our engineering team is actively looking into the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
